Pricing
Bastion Fitness uses a 14-day all-access trial (marketing copy: no credit card required to start). Workout OS is priced by active athlete count. Billing Pro adds full Stripe Connect billing for a platform fee plus a small percentage per transaction. Always confirm current numbers on this page before quoting them—pricing can change.
How much does Workout OS cost?
Workout OS covers multi-track programming, athlete logging, leaderboards, TV whiteboard mode, cross-track analytics, and unlimited tracks and coaches in Bastion’s published model.
What is the AI Workout Parser add-on?
Optional $10/mo after the trial. It parses pasted text and bulk CSV into structured workouts using Gemini. It is included free during the 14-day trial.
What is Billing Pro?
$99/mo plus 0.75% per transaction. It includes everything in Workout OS plus Stripe Connect billing, member subscription management, automatic payment collection, a member billing portal, and revenue-oriented reporting.
Do athletes pay separately for the app?
In Bastion’s stated model, athlete accounts are not sold as a separate per-athlete app subscription; the gym’s subscription covers coaches, tracks, and athletes. Verify details with sales if your commercial model is unusual.
Is there a free trial?
Yes—14 days of full access. Marketing states no credit card required to begin.
Can I cancel anytime?
Public marketing includes “cancel anytime” style trust copy; contractual terms are in the Terms of Service.
How are card payments handled?
Payments run through Stripe (including Stripe Connect for Billing Pro). Bastion does not store full card numbers on its servers in the architecture described in product FAQ.
What happens after the trial ends?
You choose a plan based on athlete count. Bastion states you get a reminder before the trial ends with pricing for your gym’s size—no surprise charges in that messaging.
