Try everything free for 30 days, no credit card required. Workout OS is priced by how many active athletes you have. Billing Pro adds full member billing at the same band price plus a transaction fee that steps down as you grow, with no separate platform fee. No setup fee, no contract, month to month.
We count athletes who have an active membership with your gym in Bastion or who booked or logged at least two sessions in the last 30 days; owners and coaches aren’t counted.
How much does Workout OS cost?
Workout OS covers multi-track programming, athlete logging, leaderboards, TV whiteboard mode, cross-track analytics, and unlimited tracks and coaches at every tier.
What is the AI Workout Parser add-on?
An optional $5/mo add-on. Paste a workout in any format, or upload a CSV, and it turns it into structured workouts for you. It’s included free during your 30-day trial.
What is Billing Pro?
Your Workout OS band price plus a transaction fee that steps down as you grow: 0.5% up to 50 athletes, 0.4% for 51–150, and 0.3% for 151 or more, on all of your volume, with no cap and no separate platform fee. It includes everything in Workout OS plus Stripe Connect billing, member subscription management, automatic payment collection, a member billing portal, and revenue reporting.
Stripe’s card-processing fees (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge) are charged by Stripe and are separate from Bastion’s fee. See Stripe pricing.
Do athletes pay separately for the app?
No. Athletes never pay Bastion. Your gym’s subscription covers every coach, track, and athlete, and athletes get the app at no extra cost.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days of full access to every feature, including Billing Pro and the AI Workout Parser. No credit card required to start.
Does the transaction fee change as my gym grows?
Yes. It follows your athlete band: 0.5% up to 50 athletes, 0.4% for 51-150, and 0.3% for 151 or more, on all of your volume. When your band changes, the new rate applies from each member’s next payment. It goes back up if your gym moves to a smaller band.
Founding partners keep 40% off for as long as they stay subscribed. Your price still follows your athlete band, and Billing Pro’s transaction fee follows the published rate for your band.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There’s no setup fee and no contract; plans are month to month. The setup call is free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no contract. If you leave, you have 30 days to export your data before it’s removed. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
How are card payments handled?
Every payment runs through Stripe, and Billing Pro uses Stripe Connect so member payments go to your gym’s own Stripe account. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored on Bastion’s servers.
What happens after the trial ends?
You pick the plan that fits your athlete count. The app counts down the days and shows you the price for your gym’s size before the trial ends. Nothing is charged until you add a card and choose a plan.
